Winning Dow Signals Update

Been relatively quiet for WDS over past couple of weeks. I’ve taken 3 of the 9pm Dow trades with 2 winners and a loser. There were Sunday night trades this week for the 1st time in a couple of weeks & they turned out to be winners with gains of about 50 pips. No set and forget trades for some time though.

Winning Dow Signals Update

Quick update on the week with WDS.  No 9pm Dow trades this week.  2 ’set & forget’ trades which triggered - both 36 pips losers. 1 intra day alert which we have just been advised to close - 10 pip profit.

A new type of ’signal’ was sent this week - ‘Market Commentary’. This is basically a suggestion of resistance levels that, once passed, signal a buy or sell signal depending on wether the price has breached the high or low level. Started off well with both signals turning out to be 20 pips winners.

Update on Winning Dow Signals

Winning Dow Signals is a service we looked at for a few months in the Summer.  The intra day support & resistance line trading was very impressive & i only stopped using this service for 2 reasons; it did require you to be able to watch the charts all day & i came across Black Dog Forex trading.

Winning Dow Signals offer a number of different signals now - the Intra Day Levels, Intra Day Alerts, 9 pm Signal, Set & Forget Forex signals and Overnight Forex Scalps - so i feel that its time to go back to reviewing this service.  There are a few of those services which may be ideal to run alongside the Black Dog Trading ie the 9pm Dow signal, the Set & Forget forex signals & the Intra Day Alerts so i’m going to start from tomorrow.

The reason i think its worthwhile having a look at this particular service provider is that there is a guy on this thread http://www.trade2win.com/boards/us-indices/35620-dow-end-day-signalling-service-43.html
who seems to have been using the signals long term and has provided some of the figures he’s achieved. Looks genuine as well because he’s quite open about the fact that the Swing Signals havent been profitable for him.

If you need any more info or have any queries please let me know.

Final Review of Winning Dow Signals Intra Day Trading

I seem to have been trading WDS Intra Day signals for a lot longer than the 2 months its been - & i was away for 2 weeks so 6 weeks in total.  Started off amazingly well, fell away a bit at the end but has still finished £1600+ up in just 30 trading days.

I would definitely have persisted with WDS as i’m sure it will start performing again but you can only really operate 1 day-trading system properly & a visitor to the blog (who DOES make a living from Forex)  has kindly confirmed the systems he uses.

One of them is the Black Dog Trading System which is basically a software template which is added to your MetaTrader 4 charting package. There are about 6/7 rules which must be met for a trade to be valid and the software makes their identification extremely straightforward.

You also get access to a full members area including a very well operated forum where members compare trades, answer questions and generally make sure that everyone who has bought the software is using it properly & making money. The author of the software is always on there so theres never a feeling of being left to get on with it on your own.

There are 3 different trade types - i back-tested just 1 trade type last week for the month of July and the results were better than anything i’ve looked at before. 1st live day yesterday 6 trades 5 winners 1 loser.

Will start recording the results from today - have a look at it here.
