Just as a bit of a follow up to the update on Betting Pro Trades yesterday. Stuart the operator of the system contacted me to point out that his results were considerably better than mine due to the fact that he traded ‘in play’. Just thought it might put this service in perspective

Been pretty grim stuff from my 1minute daily EA over the past 4 weeks. From a high of £17,000 my balance has shrunk to $6,800. What hasnt helped is the fact that the EA has continued to duplicate trades and with the majority of them being losers over the past few weeks that meant the balance has reduced in double quick time.

Checked in with the vendors of the system and they have confirmed that its probably an issue with the broker (i use Alpari) so i’m going to move it and see if we can start a recovery.

Been a while since i’ve updated Betting Pro Trades - been waiting for a gap in the action but there hasnt been one really!

Overall loss for me in the last 7 days of £224.00 to take the balance down to £1688.25 - still an overall gain of 68% so very happy with the service so far. I suppose a little dip was expected after a great run but i think this service

Didnt trade on Wednesday so just got Thursday and Friday to review. Thursday was a difficult day with just 3 trades 2 of which were losers for a loss of 17 pips on the day. Bit better yesterday with 2 winning trades and a loser.

Decided to avoid trades where there have already been 3 ‘waves’ in the trend ie where the price is rising before dropping a little, then rising again before dropping a little. I think beyond 3 the trend will start to run out of steam and make the potential trade more risky.

Went onto the Black Dog forums for the first time in months yesterday and came across a thread detailing the results using an additional indicator to the BD template. Seems to have been very successful and it makes entry points extremely clear.

For those of you with Black Dog already the therad it under ‘MTF3 Aims Corner for Everyone’. For those of you who dont own the Black Dog System yet i’d say this indicator makes it even easier to recognise potential trades and gives definite entry and exit points. Will be looking at how this performs over the next few weeks.

A few people have asked me about Black Dogs long term profit potential so i thought i’d do a few tests on the results i’ve had over the last 12 months. I’ve made around 4000 pips since last August which works out at around 76 pips a week. Lets says we did less than half as well over the next 12 months that would give us 30 pips a week.

With a starting capital of £1000 and @ £2 per pip (total risk per trade £40) 30 pips per week compounds into £102,990 by next August. This obviously requires you to recalculate your stakes at the end of every day but it does show that will discipline and money manangement there is massive potential with this system.

Let me know if you want a copy of the compounding calculator i used for this. very interesting when you play around with it.

Strange day for me with Black Dog Forex with 3 potential trades triggering at 7am which all won (only took 1 though) and another @ 9.15. then waited until 3pm for the next trade which was a loser.

Decent day though with 25 pips gained.

2 more winners over the last couple of days with Betting Pro Trades. Liverpool were layed at Birmingham whilst this evening Stoke were layed at home to Aston Villa. Again we could watch the games in the knowledge that we had made a profit however they turned out long before the end. Stoke actually won but had drifted far enough to catch the other side of the bet.

Just to confirm as well that this can all be done as a ’set & leave’ service which is what i do. Bank now up 91% since the beginning of August.
