Nice start to the year for the Black Dog Forex Trading system

happy new year everyone - hope its a very profitable one for you all.
Slight change to my trading initially in that in addition to the eur/usd i’m going to trade the aud/usd in stead of the gbp/usd. the spread is only around the 3 pips mark and back-testing the pair has shown some good results for the past 10 months or so.
Not a great start with the 1st trade of the year being a loser on the eur/usd. the set up was ok & i entered @ 1.4276. price reversed & got stopped out for about 10 pips.
a signal appeared on the aud/usd whilst i was in the eur/usd but i managed to get on at the bottom of the 7.45 candle.
wasnt a valid signal initially as the 50’s were flat & the 15 ema was still in the 50’s channel but the price came back to the entry level a couple of candles later when the 50’s had gone green and the 15 ema was coming out.
no school run so took the 13 pips off at +20 and let the rest run until 18.00 - moving the stop as i went. got 55 pips out in the end.
Running total +483 pips
