Small loss for Black Dog Forex Trading 29.9

Not a great day for the Black Dog today with a 10 pip loss overall.

A couple of people have queried wether the recorded results include the spread because this would make a big difference to the results as we’re dealing in small gains. The results do include the spread - i use IG Index and the way the trade works with them is as soon as the entry point is hit the trade is debited with the spread so you’re immediately 2/3 pips down (or whatever the spread is). This means that the price has to move 12/13 pips to reach the 10 pip target. All the trades recorded as winners on the blog have done that.

usd/jpy +20 pips

eur/jpy +10 pips

aud/usd -5 pips
