Nice start for this service - looking at the selections it seems that the guy running the service isnt looking for long shots but rock solid favourites ie the big four in the Premier League at good value.

Ajax, Liverpool, Porto & Man City were the selections for the weekend and they all won for a £172 profit.

Just checking back on the site and all the results appear to have been removed as he’s starting with a new compunding staking plan of 5% of the running total. It was about 1750 points up so he must be confident he can recreate that for this season.

i’m starting with a bank of £1500 and betting 5% on each selection.

I was away for most of last week so didnt trade with the system from the 25th onwards. Back-testing the trades though the results were as follows;

gbp/usd
9 trades - 5 wnrs 4 losers -10 pips

eur/usd
8 trades - 4 wnrs 5 losers -20 pips

usd/chf
5 trades - 2 wnrs 3 losers -25 pips

usd/jpy
5 trades - 3 wnrs 2 losers 0 pips

eur/jpy
2 trades - 2 wnrs +20 pips

aud/usd
8 trades - 7 wnrs 1 losers +55 pips

Results not included as i didnt trade them

 Just wanted to let you know that Forex Trades Live have now increased their free trial to 200 pips @ the 72 pip profit level. This means that you’ll get all the signals via sms as per the live membership which you can trade/paper trade until you’ve made the 200 pips. Its then up to you to take it further.

My free trial was only 100 pips and i’m a full paying member of this service now.  As previously mentioned extensive research by the operator of the site has found that a rigid, tighter stop would have improved results drastically so moving forward i’m going to be using that with the 72 pip profit target.

Total for me since 20th July (32 pip target)
+132 pips  (with new 50 pip stop would have been 189 pips)

Another winner for the FX Crossover system on the USD/CAD.

Just wanted to add that this is probably the most straightforward easy to operate system there is out there. There are signal services which are more low maintenance but when it comes to actual systems which are yours to keep & operate for as long as you want to, this has got to be easiest to pick up & work around a job.

Sell trade closed on 26th  August -   1.0982 = £100 pip win

A winner for me at my 32 pip profit level today for Forex Trades Live with trade no 3 still pending.

Just out of interest the operator of the service has done extensive research into the best stop loss figures to use and it seems that a rigid stop loss of 50 pips would improve the returns even more at all target levels so basically this service just got better.

In fact the most profitable target level going back 18 months has always been the 72 pip target so i may well change to that with a 50 pip stop loss and risk 5% of the bank each trade.

Slightly frustrating day today with Black Dog Forex - there were quite a few set up where 4 out of 5 boxes were ticked so i stayed out of the trade to stick to the rules and the trade invariably went onto win.

The point is though that in the long term, which is what i’m interested in, the rules will keep us away from losing trades.

Anyway the day finished up breakeven so still not had a losing day.

With the advent of the new football season i thought it might be interesting to find a profitable football service.

I was looking for a service which was;

• profitable - obviously
• low cost
• workable around a job
• good customer service

i have to confess i came across this service on another review site but, because it got such glowing reviews, thought i’d try it out here.

Stuart, the guy who runs it, charges just £20 per month for the service which is 1863 points up in a little under 12 months.

i’m starting with a bank of £1500 and betting £75  on each selection.
